Scald mushrooms in salted boiling water for about 5 minutes, drain, slice them. In a saucepan, sauté mushrooms until they begin to turn light brown.

Scald olives in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Drain and slice them.

Beat eggs and add mushrooms and olives. Pour the mixture into a frying pan and cook until golden brown outside and juicy inside.

100 g clean mushrooms
50 g Nucete pitted green olives
2 Tbsp. Nucete olive oil
Salt and pepper
