
Wash peppers, cut them horizontally
in halves and remove stalks
and seeds.
In a bowl, mix tomatoes,
olives, capers, garlic,
and parsley. Add 4 Tbsp.
of olive oil, salt and
pepper. Fill in peppers
with this mixture.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs
and drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
of oil.
Place peppers in a baking
pan and cover with aluminium
paper. Bake at 180 C for
30 minutes.
Remove paper and bake
again for 20 minutes.
Serve hot, at room temperature.
